Welcome to the Passenger ship Crowd Management including Safety Training for Personnel providing direct Services to Passengers in Passenger Spaces according to STCW 2010 and IMO model course 1.28

The objectives of the Course include:

• Control crowd in an emergency situation on board,
• Locate essential safety and emergency equipment on board,
• Communicate effectively with passengers during an emergency,
• Demonstrate the use of personal life-saving appliances, and
• Comply with the ship’s safety and emergency procedures.

Passenger ship crowd management training is compulsory for (according to STCW 2010) masters, officers, ratings and any other personnel who are designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency situations on passenger ships.

Safety training is required for all personnel providing direct services to passengers in passenger spaces on board.
