This course aims to aid you in stopping disturbances before they arise or quelling them quickly once they have begun.

The goal is to aid you in identifying disturbances before they start. Early identification and interruption of verbal disturbances will reduce physical disturbances. If physical disturbances arise, this course will aid you by providing guidance in quelling disturbances quickly.

This course is designed for ship security personnel specifically in dealing with unruly or upset passengers on a passenger vessel.
