In an emergency, it is important to identify guests who may need extra help as soon as possible. Usually, these are people with reduced mobility, children, the elderly or pregnant women who may also need extra help.

Therefore, the Head of Interior should be able to know the location of such guests. Additional personnel should be assigned to these guests to help. Personnel should be assigned also to the muster stations designated for people with reduced mobility.

When Searching 

Search for areas where it is suspected that people with reduced mobility may be, and use the same procedures that are used to search other areas as well. Do you remember the guidelines for how small or large spaces are searched?... If not, you can recollect the most essential things here in the next step.

Practical tips and advice on how to help people with reduced mobility are given in drills onboard. This applies not only to emergencies but also to assistance under normal conditions.
