Monitor Your Crew’s Productivity
The new Insights feature gives you a better overview of all training progress. You can browse Insights by group, and see learner progress on an organisational level that you control - making organisational units comparable with each other.
With learner issues, you’ll get a clear insight into what you need to be on top of, allowing you to filter employees based on statuses such as overdue assignments, expired certificates or learners that have not yet logged in.
Drill into a particular employee to see what training they’ve accessed, the time they’ve spent learning, the courses they’ve completed, and their quiz scores. In addition, you can get a clear view of how courses and learning paths are performing by viewing course enrollees, their progress, and their deadlines.
Manager Admin Role
This release also includes a new admin role, 'Manager'. This is a fixed admin role, with permission only to see Insights. Combine this with Groups and a Manager will only see analytics for their small subset of employees. This enables you to give admin responsibility to more people in your organisation without giving them full backend access or access to everyone’s training.
With this feature, you can now delegate the responsibility of following up on training to more people. For example, you may want all Captains and all Chief Engineers onboard each ship to be responsible for following up on their crew’s training.
Manual Assignments
Another new feature in Insights is the manual assigning of courses. Assign courses and learning paths directly to employees, without first creating an assignment campaign. This is perfect for when you want to assign one or two courses without going through the hassle of setting up automatic segmentation settings or defining reminder rules. Super simple!
Shareable Reporting
And last but not least, we’ve built new better export in Insights. Export activity, employees, and course reports to CSV for easy sharing.
