This course explains what Aids to Navigation are, how to recognize them and how to understand them.

In the course, we will describe all kinds of aids to navigation, lighthouses, beacons, buoys, towers, floating aids, and permanent structures. This course explains how to clearly identify each kind of aid to navigation, and what needs to be taken into consideration to understand its meaning and function.

Certificates from International Crew, International Bareboat Skipper, Yachtmaster Coastal, Yachtmaster Offshore, VHF Radio Communications, Small Powerboat and RIB Master International. IYT has partner schools in 65 countries around the world and IYT training is available at 250 sailing schools.
