This course is intended to provide you with knowledge on ISO 37001 requirements and terminology. Also its relationship with High-Level Structure management systems and international/local laws. As an introductory course, (although no qualifications are required to attend) previous experience in compliance, Anti-Bribery laws (international or national) and knowledge of the principles of management systems will be useful to aid understanding. Pre-reading for some of these areas will contribute to the effectiveness of the learning.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to describe the impact the risk of bribery has at a high-level; identify the differences in forms of bribery; list the regions of the world which feature regularly in bribery issues; recognise the reasons behind anti-bribery measures and discuss the management systems needed to eliminate opportunities for bribery.
