This Accident is based on the experiences of the UK P&I Club. As you go through this course, ask yourself, "Could this happen on my ship?”. “Could I take corrective action?”

It is vital to learn from accidents to be able to succeed in shipping. By taking this course you and your crew will most likely be able to avoid similar accidents like this and understand why Cargo wet damage on dry cargo vessels is a recurring problem. Identifying the root cause of these problems and identifying suitable corrective measures is of paramount importance.
