Nautica was founded in 2008 and is the first school in the Baltics to receive an International Yacht Training accredited certificate, which is recognized by most organizations around the world. We are also officially accredited in Latvia by the Road Traffic Safety Directorate (Road Traffic Safety Directorate). and the rights of yacht captains acquired by us will allow sailing in all the seas and oceans of the world! Nautica offers a wide range of recreational yachting and boating training, from beginner level to recreational boat captain level, both sailing and motor yachts. In the IYT system, you can also attend certified professional yachting courses, where you can get a qualification that you can use not only for entertainment but also for commercial purposes (passenger transport, training, etc.). At our school you can study all possible levels of Latvian sailing and motor yacht rights: • Inland sailing and motor yacht manager, • Coastal yacht manager and safety course required if you want to do business, as well as the IYT-recognized “Introduction to Boating”. Certificates from International Crew, International Bareboat Skipper, Yachtmaster Coastal, Yachtmaster Offshore, VHF Radio Communications, Small Powerboat and RIB Master International. IYT has partner schools in 65 countries around the world and IYT training is available at 250 sailing schools.
