This course explains all the basic principles of weather formation.

In this course, the participants will learn fundamental rules and concepts which influence weather interpretation and forecast. The lecture describes and explains all symbols found on a synoptic chart and other phenomena like the formation of orographic clouds and curvature in the wind direction due to Coriolis force.
