Reflective Learning - Chronic Unease

Avg. rating 4.5

Chronic unease means noticing those weak danger signals and responding to them in a much stronger way, it means knowing when to think fast and when to think slow, using our expertise to think quickly in familiar situations, but also being able to stand back and take the time to think things through when we need to.

The aim of this course is not to just watch a video, it is to think and discuss CHRONIC UNEASE. We want the learner to reflect on what the term means to them in their work activities and relate it to situations at their own site. During this course, you will have an opportunity to learn how to prevent incidents from happening on board your ship in the future.
