This course is designed with cruise ship security personnel in mind. It defines and provides examples of situational awareness onboard cruise ships.

This course covers mandates in the ISPS Code and SOLAS (Chapter 13 - Training)

Upon completion of this course, the student will understand the concept of situational awareness. The student will be provided with examples of situational awareness and be challenged to apply their own knowledge of situations they may have experienced to enhance their security awareness. The course concludes with an overview and assessment to test the student's knowledge.
