We will also cover principles in how to handle heatstroke, sunstroke, exposure to cold, hypothermia, effects of seasickness and other dangers such as drinking seawater, fire or oil on water and sharks in the water.

After completing this course, you will have a better understanding of the theoretical principles behind surviving at sea.
