Questo corso è rivolto a chi si mette al comando di un’imbarcazione da diporto (tempo libero) e sa che oltre a condurre in sicurezza l’imbarcazione, è bene saper gestire le relazioni a bordo, sia che si tratti di un giorno, un weekend, una vacanza tra amici e in flottiglia, per conto di tour operator, società di charter e armatori, dove le dinamiche certamente cambiano ma la sostanza rimane la stessa.

Le variabili in barca sono molte e una di queste è l'emotività. In tanti sono capaci di mettersi “al timone” ma non tutti sono in grado di mettersi realmente "al comando".

Un corso pratico, non solo per chi è alle prime esperienze di comando. Semplice ed essenziale, ricco di spunti e case history, tratte da esperienze vissute a bordo e frutto anche del mio lavoro, quello di formazione nelle aziende.
