After completion of this course, you will be able to improve the standards and safety of your operation, establish and maintain prerequisite programmes, comply with food safety legislation, understand the roles and responsibilities of the supervisor, confidently deal with an enforcement officer or auditor, successfully complete a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety at sea examination, improve consistency of food safety practices and reduce violations.

This online training and workbook will support you in your job role on board and in preparation for your MCA approved exam.
