Level 2 Food Safety is for all food handlers on board. It is also required as part of the Ships Cook Certificate. This online training will prepare you for your role on board.

The objective of this qualification is to prepare learners for their role on board a ship.

Learners taking this course will know that food safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in the storage, preparation, cooking service and handling of food.
