This training is designed to enable crew to understand Public health, sanitation and infection control to commensurate with their job role. Public health has become more prominent since the global pandemic of COVID 19, however public health and outbreak management has always been high priority on board.

This training will provide learners with theoretical knowledge on:

How to effectively sanitise guests and crew areas, develop and follow cleaning procedures for all areas to avoid cross-contamination, understand and follow an outbreak management plan, understand the role of the hit squad in the instance of an outbreak and be aware of crew health and hygiene procedures to prevent and control outbreaks.

This online training will be followed a multiple-choice exam for which you will receive a completion certificate.
