In this course, we will discuss what anger really is. We will look at ways to identify anger within ourselves and what signs to look for in our fellow workers.
We will look at the different parts of the brain and the reasons that we get angry, as well as the different characteristics & expressions of anger.
After discussing the different types of anger we'll move on to how we can effectively manage our anger to help ourselves and those around us.
